1 Eligibility & Age Requirements

365win is strictly an adult entertainment platform. You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual using your own personal account — not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of an employee of 365win or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be using any automated software, bot or script to interact with the platform.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it.

365win reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to have registered while underage, any funds in the account will be returned and the account permanently closed. Winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one 365win account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed without notice. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your password — secure and confidential. 365win will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• You must use your real name and accurate personal details when registering.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow anyone else to use it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you should contact 365win support immediately.
• Accounts found to have been registered with false information may be suspended or permanently closed.
• 365win may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable request.

365win reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms violations or any behaviour that puts the platform or other users at risk.

3 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 365win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet and over-the-counter deposits
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet and retailer network
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Standard bank transfer – direct to 365win account
• Debit and credit cards where supported

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 365win does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Deposits are generally credited to your 365win account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, you should contact support with your transaction reference number.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time for genuine winnings held in your account balance. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain amounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed during business hours; JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically complete within a few hours of approval.
• Raast transfers may complete near-instantly after processing begins.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

365win does not impose artificial hold periods designed to discourage withdrawals. Processing times reflect the requirements of the relevant payment channel. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact support with your withdrawal reference.

365win reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending verification of identity, in cases of suspected fraud, or where bonus wagering requirements have not been met. Where a withdrawal is declined, the reason will be communicated to you.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 365win offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry periods.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players — systematic exploitation of bonus offers is prohibited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable; only winnings generated from free bet stakes are credited to your withdrawable balance.
• 365win reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or other methods designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional offers — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 365win, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and all other covered markets:

• All bets are accepted at 365win's discretion. 365win reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet without obligation to provide a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player unless a cash-out option is offered and exercised before the relevant event settles.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 365win does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open throughout an event.
• Bets placed on events that have already concluded will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or significant change in conditions, settlement rules specific to that market will apply — details are available in the betting section of the platform.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per day are subject to limits set by 365win and may vary by sport and market type.

For PSL and other Pakistan-specific cricket markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a DLS method result or other technical outcome, the official declared result will govern settlement.

7 Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all casino activity on 365win, including live dealer games, slot games and all other casino products:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or are supplied by verified live dealer providers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. Partially played rounds where a malfunction occurs before a result is determined are not settled.
• Progressive jackpots, where available, are governed by the individual game provider's terms.
• 365win is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's end that result in a session being interrupted. If a game session disconnects and reconnects, the result will be determined by the server-side record of the game state at the point of disconnection.
• Slot game RTP (return to player) percentages are set by the game provider and represent long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the dealer's actions and are final once the round is closed.

Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during live dealer sessions. Abusive behaviour directed at dealers or other players may result in removal from the session and, in serious cases, suspension of the account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 365win and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate sports events or placing bets with knowledge of corrupt activity.
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation, multi-accounting or coordinated play.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy in a manner intended to circumvent platform rules or geographic restrictions.

365win monitors accounts for unusual patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform will act without prior notice. Any funds generated through prohibited activity will not be paid out and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

365win is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. All accounts have access to the following tools from day one:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can add to your account.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment providers or internet connectivity issues.
• Loss of data, account access or winnings resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use of the platform.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics and game histories.

365win's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms

365win reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through a notice on the platform or via the contact details associated with their account.

Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your account.
